My husband is driving me crazy! He was out last night with the guys from work and called to ask me to look up Camden, North Carolina. One of the guys was saying that a company there was hiring engineers. So, I look it up.

The town is so small that they can't give a population number and all that is mentioned is the county that it is in. But, it is right by the water and the elevation level is 7ft.

The nearest town is Elizabeth City. It has a population of 18,000 and is sort of a tourist destination. Elevation 12ft.

But when he came home later that night he said "I'm not sure if I want to apply there." He is in a wait and see mode. Then when I asked him about applying anywhere he just shruggs his shoulders.

The next day he talks about the company he is currently working for going under.

I think I am getting a hand of this live journal thing. I have figured out how to add people (hi) and to give them cool custom colors.

I think this is going to be a cool way to keep up with the people I am missing and not feel so isolated.

I've been home from Pennsic for a week and I find myself going through SCA withdrawl. I keep looking at all the Pennsic pictures that have been posted on the web, and scanning through the Legio and Middlebridge just to read about SCA stuff. It's very exciting that Trina is going to elevated to the laurel and the bees are quite busy posting messages about it. That is helping a bunch.

I guess I am going to have to agree that one of the best things about Pennsic is having your friends close and being able to talk every day. If I tried to call and catch up my phone bill would be worse than it already is.

Looks like there are some trips to Ohio in my future.

After listening to talk of live journal stuff at Pennsic, I decided to give it a try.
